Created two customized mobile applications, one for the customer and the other for the delivery driver, backed by live tracking capabilities and an automatic routing engine that calculates the smartest short routes to reduce fuel consumption and ensure instant delivery.

Frequent complaints due to delayed orders, random manual task distribution, and a complete lack of an individual performance evaluation system for drivers.
Architectural Solution
Developed a Native app with an advanced Real-Time Location tracking system, direct integration with Google Maps, and service zone mapping. Orders are automatically dispatched to the geographically closest driver (Auto-Dispatch).
