How do we start?

Send us the idea in two lines and we come back with a free quote and a proposed scope of work. You do not need a finished specification — knowing what you want to change about your business is enough, and translating that into a technical scope is our job.

What happens after you send a message?

We read it and reply within one working day, usually. The first contact is a short diagnostic call to understand the problem before discussing a solution — not a sales pitch. After it you receive a written scope of work and a quote, and no work begins before your written approval of both.

What helps us answer faster?

Three things: what the project should achieve for the business, when you need to launch, and whether there is an existing system to build on or we start from scratch. If you are unsure of any of them, get in touch anyway — defining requirements is part of our work, not a precondition for it.

What size is your project?

We take mid-sized web projects (typically two to eight weeks), large and enterprise programmes, server and infrastructure provisioning, and large AI projects. The latter are phased against a schedule agreed per scope, and can be stopped at the end of any phase without losing what came before.

What will it cost?

There is no fixed price list, because scope determines cost. The quote is tailored, free and without obligation, and it arrives in writing with what it includes and what it does not — because what a quote leaves out is the source of most disputes in technical projects.

Where we are and when we reply

Our head office is on King Abdulaziz Road in Jeddah, with an office in Riyadh, and we serve clients across the Kingdom. Working days are Sunday to Thursday; messages outside them are read on the next working day. For urgent matters on a live service, the support channels agreed in your contract are faster than this form.

What happens to the information you send?

It is used to answer your request and prepare the quote, and processed under the Personal Data Protection Law. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. The full detail is in our privacy policy, and you can request deletion at any time via [email protected].

Please do not send sensitive data, passwords or access to your systems through this form. If the project requires them, we agree a secure channel after contracting.

What about support after launch?

Monthly maintenance packages cover updates, backups, security monitoring and fault resolution with written response times by severity. They are optional and separate from the project, can be started later or stopped, and do not affect your ownership of what we built.

What if my message is not about a project?

For jobs and internships, send your CV to [email protected] stating your field. For technical partnerships or collaboration, say specifically what you propose and what you need from us. For anything concerning personal data, the dedicated address is [email protected].
